About us.
We love futsal. Unapologetic. It is a fantastic game of skill, pace, and joy, and we are passionate about it. We want everyone to love it as we believe everyone deserves it. We want to do our bit for the Futsal game to give everyone an opportunity to experience the game at its best. To see how it should really be played, watched, taught and experienced.
Sport and a love for the game brings like-minded people together and often develops long lasting friendships. It brought us together at an international youth futsal tournament in Catalonia, where the idea for Profive Academy was born. Right next to a futsal court!
We are extremely proud of the team that makes up Profive Academy. We bring a wealth of experience in teaching, in Futsal and in life. We have an engaging and infectious way of teaching the game. And we laugh a lot as we feel like is too short to not have loads of fun.
We are based in Barcelona, Spain, the home town of the majority of our team and definitely one of the leading futsal areas in the world. We are not just welcoming you into our home of Futsal. We are welcoming you in to our life.

Albert Sabaté “Sabas”
Albert graduated from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia with a masters degree in Information Technology and has worked for 10 years as an IT Manager and advisor managing complex technology projects. Albert is currently the Technical Director of Futsal Mataró, setting the futsal direction for the entire club.
As a coach, Albert has been coaching Futsal for more than a decade, coaching youth and senior teams. He currently is the senior coach of Futsal Mataró.
Albert is also a futsal coach educator for the ANEFS, a non profit futsal coach education organisation that teaches coaches the beautiful game in Spain.
Albert has level 3 national coach qualification.

Antoine Stinissen
Antoine graduated from Windesheim College (Netherlands) in 1996 with a B.A. in Information Technology and has worked for two decades with many organisations to help them improve their team performance.
As a player, Antoine is a former dutch youth international and winner of the second division Futsal league in the Netherlands.
As a coach, Antoine has over 10 years experience coaching youth Futsal and Football in Australia and providing the Futsal curriculum direction as a Technical Director.
Antoine has an Australian Youth C license.

Víctor Fortea
Víctor graduated with a Degree in International Business Economics and a Master in Sports Management, both from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona.
As a player, Víctor has played the game his entire youth, reaching the Third National Division with his hometown club in Sant Cugat del Vallès.
As a coach, Víctor has been involved in coaching for almost a decade now, starting from a very young age. He currently coaches the U14 team of Barcelona’s CFS Eixample, playing in the highest youth level, as well as involved with the coordination of the futsal curriculum. He is also the Assistant Coach of the senior team in Futsal Mataró.
Víctor has level 2 national coach qualification.
